Step 1 need to get clarity, quieten the mind, let your intuition speak to you
Step 2 get little bit of energy flow, make ball of energy between hands, build it up
Step 3 key element is noticing where something ‘stuck’ in a chakra or body organ or part. Let the enthusiasm you felt earlier and put it into the place where you felt something stuck
Step 4 Now I felt this last step rather powerfully for me *very powerful* exercise and intuitive by creating 3 roads in front of you, so 3 options, what are those options/choices. Which FEELS best, which are you drawn to. The first road ahead I knew was my ‘life path’ the second felt bit like duties, expectations and the third path was total immersion with Higher Self/Source energy and felt wonderful. So, instead of choosing just one road/path I chose number 1 and number 3. I sent them both love energy and *merged them* together creating one large, massive road/path. Then automatically, I brought the energy back into my heart chakra.
